Ankur Warikoo

Passionate about entrepreneurship and a photography, Ankur Warikoo is the Co-founder and CEO of nearbuy (formerly Groupon India). He holds an MBA degree from Indian School of Business, a MS from Michigan State University and a BS from Hindu College, Delhi University. While studying astrophysics at Michigan, he wanted to be the first man on Mars at some point of time.

Before plunging full-time into entrepreneurship, he was a consultant with A.T. Kearney, India for 3 years. He has been featured in ’40 under 40 list’ of the Fortune magazine, India. He Loves public speaking and can be found speaking at colleges, universities, schools, conferences every now and then. In his own words “Inspired by Johannes HausHofer’s CV of Failures, I share mine with the hope that people realize their problems and challenges are similar to everyone else’s. What may be different is the reaction to it.” This gained huge response from people, creating their own #cvoffailures on twitter.

Hemant Daga

Hemant Daga is the Deputy CEO for Global Wealth and Asset Management and head's Edelweiss's Asset Management business. He currently oversees the entire business including investments and distribution of funds across multiple platforms- mutual funds and alternatives. He has been instrumental in the scale up of the asset management business which is now one of the leading alternatives asset manager in India.

In his previous role as a CEO of the Global Markets business at Edelweiss, Hemant played a key role in significantly scaling up the business which now has investments across sectors, asset classes and geographies. His responsibility also included managing the treasury at Edelweiss and overseeing all investment decisions for the organization.

Part of the Management Committee, he was pivotal in designing and structuring the Edelweiss leadership programme, a key leadership and talent development forum for senior and mid- level Edelweiss employees. Prior to Edelweiss he has worked with ICICI Bank in the Global Markets division gaining investment expertise across local and global markets.

Hemant brings in over 14 years of investment experience and has done his Post Graduation from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is also an avid runner.

Richa Singh

Richa Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Niine Menstrual Hygiene Products, is an experienced businesswoman with nearly two decades of experience of turning around the business and financial performance of major FMCG brands at P&G, Johnson & Johnson Ltd, Coca-Cola & Philips in India and Asia Pacific. She joined the company as Chief Executive Officer after working closely with social entrepreneur and Founder of Niine Menstrual Hygiene Products and the Niine Movement Amar Tulsiyan and partners Gaurav Bathwal and Sharat Khemka over the last nine months.

Driven by her passion and sharing Amar’s vision to empower women and improve their health and hygiene conditions, Richa now oversees the production, marketing and distribution of affordable high quality premium sanitary napkins as they become available through the length and breadth of the country.

Richa’s latest role also features an ambitious educational element focused on investing in mindset change and conversion, as she joins the Niine Movement – an audacious five-year initiative to engage and educate people of all genders and ages to tackle the taboos and stigma attached to menstruation and to ensure every girl and woman achieves their full potential by managing their period hygienically.

Spending the last 17 years in leading organisations including P&G, Johnson & Johnson Ltd, Coca-Cola and Philips in both regional and national roles, Richa’s strong penchant for growing businesses and driving teams with infectious energy has helped her to lead countless businesses to success. She has earned significant experience creating value for organisations through supply chain and cost restructuring projects, partnering with external stakeholders and enabling teams and businesses for growth.
